In-house Organisation Specific Specialised Workshops

Private Course - Face to Face / Virtual Classroom Learning Pathway

Investigation Compliance & Enforcement Training Systems has delivered in house training to organisations in the public and private sector since 2008.

Investment in the ‘front end’ of the investigation process delivers immense long-term benefit. Effective and competently conducted investigations significantly improves the ability of decision-makers to implement appropriate outcomes following investigations, be they criminal, administrative or disciplinary actions or systemic improvements designed to prevent misconduct or maladministration occurring in the future.

Our course programs go well beyond programs provided by other providers in that our course programs are contextualised to the client-agency environment so that course participants have ownership over the course programs and clear application of course knowledge and skills to their regulatory and law enforcement environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an ‘in-house’ organisation specific program?

ICETS provide a service to contextualise certain parts of the workshops. Following an agreement of the scope of contextualisation for the workshop ICETS can provide a quote for any contextualisation costs. Most of the workshops are modularised and as such can be built around specific needs.

Are there assessments in the workshop?

No, there are practical activities during the workshop but no assessments as standard.

Is there any work to do after the workshops?

What is the best way to deliver the workshop?

As these workshops are interactive practical based programs they are best delivered in a Face to Face format.

Can I get a discount?

For specific organisation training workshops: Discounts are offered for programs with 3 or more workshops booked and invoiced in a single transaction.

Are the course fees subsidised?

No unfortunately we don’t have any government funding available for the workshops.

Do you offer payment plans?

ICETS do not generally offer payment plans for in-house programs. An in-house program is secured, and contextualisation commences on payment of a 50% deposit. The balance of the invoice is due on the start date of the course delivery or as arranged with ICETS.

What options are available to pay the contextualisation / course fee?

We have several payment options available to choose from once the organisation has accepted the quote. Options available are electronic funds transfer and debit or credit card. ICETS uses the secure EZYPAY payment portal. Full distance learning students must pay the full course fee before access to courseware will be provided.

What should I do if I want to discuss an in-house workshop?

Complete the Expression of Interest form and an ICETS representative will contact you to arrange a consultation to discuss your organisation’s training need.
